Responsibilities

• Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients.
• Recommend bank products based on customer needs.
• Contact new clients for onboarding activities.
• Assist in consumer loan applications and closings where applicable.
• Perform teller duties and balance cash drawer daily.
• Operate ATM, vault, coin & cash handling and GL accounts.
• Serve as a team member to achieve branch goals.
• Provide outstanding service for lobby and phone requests.
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up for resolution.
