• Performs teller duties and cash handling with daily balancing
• Provides outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests
• Resolves client problems and follows up to ensure resolution
• Participates in training to maintain knowledge and skills
• Assists in opening/closing the branch per security procedures
• Complies with policies, procedures, audits and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
