Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Customer Service professional in the Atlanta area. You will engage clients with a friendly service experience, educate them on digital banking tools, and handle varied transactions while uncovering client needs.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, policy compliance, and teamwork to deliver Truist solutions to both consumer and business clients. Weekend/extended hours may be required; occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
