Job summary

Truist in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and deliver superior service tailored to each customer's financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), participate in outbound calling, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to help grow relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales through outbound calls and client referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain awareness of policies and risk management requirements.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
