Job summary

Truist Wealth is hiring for a Regular position focused on delivering timely client transactions and accurate records. You will help clients with complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs and providing superior service.

The role emphasizes educating clients on digital channels, supporting the sales process, and adhering to policies and control procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive client experience to maintain service levels and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
