Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time team member in Charlotte to provide timely client transactions with accurate records and excellent service. You will help clients use digital banking tools, engage in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to address needs.

The role emphasizes cross-training across sales and service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and thorough transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs to refer to specialists.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
