Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in Durham, NC to provide timely client transactions and deliver superior service while addressing client financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking options and assist with outbound calls, supporting Integrated Relationship Management activities within the branch team. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, courteous transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training to improve knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
