Job summary

Truist seeks a banking professional in a Regular position to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support sales initiatives, with emphasis on Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and team collaboration.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and flexibility for weekends and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients.
Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
Ability to work weekends and extended hours; occasional travel may be included.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling complex and standardized transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines and training.
Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
