Job summary

Truist is seeking a regular, full‑time team member in the United States (Mint Hill, NC) to deliver timely, accurate client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking options and assist with outbound outreach while supporting integrated relationship management.

The role emphasizes cross-training, adherence to controls, and participation in branch leadership routines, with weekend/extended hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to expand product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
