Job summary

Truist is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Charlotte, NC to provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and identifying financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management efforts, helping teams deliver tailored solutions while maintaining accurate records and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and standard office software.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
