Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and expert financial guidance while building lasting client relationships.

You will leverage Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM solutions to meet client needs and collaborate with a team of specialists for complex financial requirements. Ideal candidates will have sales experience in retail banking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
