Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using modern banking technology.

You will engage clients in person and over the phone, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with experts to address specialized needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven sales success.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product/service recommendations to financial needs.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
