Qualifications

• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone)
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments for consumer account needs
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective
