Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Notary license preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients in a service or cash-handling role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled; strong time-management is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow as the first point of contact in the banking center.
• Serve as hospitality ambassador, delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities; connect them with specialists as needed.
• Proactively reach out to clients and schedule appointments for consumer account needs.
• Ensure risk-aware decisions and policy adherence in daily operations.
