• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust and strengthen relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy and integrity.
