Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (including volunteering, education, military)
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to appropriate partners
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center and delivers relationship-driven client experiences
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions and builds trust from initial engagement
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and schedules appointments for consumer needs
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity and a long-term perspective
