• Delivers consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connects to specialists as needed.
• Performs client transactions and referrals while maintaining risk controls.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador to guide traffic and support long-term client goals.
