Citizens Bank is seeking a personable, results-oriented Money Services Representative to join our retail banking team. You’ll engage customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.

You’ll introduce digital and mobile banking options, schedule follow-up appointments, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address more complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs.
• Proven success building relationships and cross-selling.
