Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our branch with hospitality and engage clients using the latest banking solutions and technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet client needs and support branch success.

You will educate clients on digital tools, adhere to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs. Weekend/evening hours required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
