Summary

The Client and Operation Advisor combines client-facing sales responsibilities with back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless luxury experience. This hybrid role supports sales goals, client development, inventory accuracy, and operational compliance for the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Deliver couture-level service across the client journey and support store KPIs such as conversion, AVT, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement, clienteling, OTO appointments, and private client experiences.
• Handle sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, complaints, escalations, and vendor coordination.
• Execute cycle counts and inventory audits, maintain an organized and secure stockroom, ensure accurate pricing and tagging, and replenish floor stock.
• Follow operations procedures for consignments, transfers, shipments, omnichannel fulfillment, receiving, and stock transfers.
• Support visual merchandising standards, assist with floor presentation, and train team members on inventory guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail with experience in client service and operations.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
• Experience with retail systems including POS and SAP and handling escalated customer service situations.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and team-oriented skills; ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
