Summary

Provide high-end clienteling and sales support on the retail floor to meet individual and store sales and consignment targets. Maintain and expand a personal client book while promoting events and delivering exceptional, personalized customer service. Support store operations including shipping and receiving, inventory control, and upkeep of the store image.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales and consignment goals through proactive selling and product knowledge
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database and follow up with clients after transactions
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and grow client book
• Handle shipping, alterations, and resolve client‑related issues consistently
• Assist with shipping and receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and maintaining the store presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service-oriented with a passion for luxury products and design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills are a plus
