Summary

The Client Advisor serves as a trusted brand ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. The role focuses on cultivating and growing a personal client portfolio through personalized outreach, product expertise, and thoughtful styling. The Client Advisor contributes to overall boutique performance with a strategic, client‑centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
• Provide outstanding client service in person, over the phone, and via electronic communication, including appointment setting and follow‑up.
• Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to deliver tailored recommendations and memorable client experiences.
• Support merchandising, visual standards, floor moves, and housekeeping to maintain boutique excellence.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques, accurately process charge‑send sales, and manage individual stock assignments.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow store security and operating procedures.
• Assist with packaging or wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong drive for results with a passion for fashion, creativity, and the brand.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through skills to develop lasting client relationships.
• Ability to provide exceptional service across in‑person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Proficiency with phone systems, cash registers, sensors/tag removers, computers, and other store equipment.
