Summary

Senior Sales Associate and Key Holder responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales performance at the boutique. Reports to the General Manager and supports daily retail operations, visual standards, and inventory processes. The role focuses on clientelling, after-sales service, and meeting core KPIs including sales, UPT, and ATV.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional client service and executing the Retail Excellence Program
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets for client data capture and KPIs
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships and provide after-sales follow up
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, consignments, returns, and exchanges
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events and provide coaching and training to the sales team

Requirements
