Job summary

WTW seeks a Client Advocate – Property & Casualty Broking to manage day-to-day placement and broking for North American accounts. You will negotiate with underwriters, evaluate quotes, and develop client service strategies with Producers and Client Executives. Strong client relationships and industry knowledge are essential.

The role emphasizes renewal planning, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering strategic risk-management guidance to meet client needs across programs.

Qualifications

• P&C license required and client-facing insurance experience.
• Knowledge of core insurance principles and coverage.
• Ability to interpret coverage forms and analyze programs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned clients, including complex programs.
• Coordinate with Producers and Client Executives on service strategy.
• Manage broking responsibilities for new and recurring exposures.
• Retain and grow the client book and strengthen relationships.
• Lead broking communications for submissions and quotes.
• Drive renewal strategy with internal resources and groups.
• Engage internal resources to deliver the client experience.
• Build and develop market relationships.
• Provide strategic planning and risk-management advice.
• Prepare proposals and client advocacy reports.
• Increase profitability and drive retention.
• Ensure policy requirements are met.
