Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Account Manager to independently handle high-complexity client relationships across the Blue Collar and middle market sectors. The role focuses on renewal strategy, competitive program development, and seamless onboarding for new clients.

You will collaborate with producers and underwriters, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate documentation in agency systems while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of brokerage experience.
• Experience in Blue Collar industry and middle market clients.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its complex features.
• Ability to train, delegate and provide oversight.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage client relationships and accounts of advanced complexity and requirements.
• Prepare for and conduct strategy renewal meetings with clients.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day service and requests.
• Develop and implement competitive insurance programs and quotes for renewals and new business.
• Manage onboarding of new clients and marketing process for prospects.
• Coordinate with producers and underwriters to obtain information, quotes, and proposals.
• Review contracts and maintain accurate files in agency systems.
• Provide training and mentorship to Account Coordinators.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
