WTW is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support construction client accounts, manage relationships, and drive service excellence across multi-tier teams from anywhere in the United States.

You will independently manage client relationships up to $1MM revenue, prepare proposals, renewals, and coordinate with producers, underwriters, and account coordinators to deliver tailored insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of brokerage experience is required.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• Excellent communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more complex features.
• Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.

Responsabilités

• Support multi-tier serviced accounts under an Account Executive/Senior Account Manager.
• Independently manage client relationships and accounts up to $1MM in revenue.
• Act as first and primary client point of contact for day-to-day service.
• Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs; prepare market and quote rates.
• Manage onboarding process of new clients.
• Manage marketing process for prospect companies.
• Prepare and review client communications for delivery.
• Collaborate with producers, clients and underwriters to obtain information and proposals.
• Maintain current files and prepare renewal questionnaires; review applications for accuracy.
• Compile client information for processing new, renewal, cancellations, and endorsements.
• Perform contract reviews and database/file management in agency systems.
• Provide training to Account Coordinators; may supervise ACs.
