Job summary

WTW is seeking a Client Manager for a remote role focused on a blend of internal partnership, delivery, and client-facing activities in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance. You will manage select accounts, review contracts, and ensure appropriate coverages while maintaining client profitability.

Required: 2+ years P&C experience, college degree or equivalent, strong communication, and licensing status.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client- or carrier-facing capacity.
• Licensing in P&C producers; CE activities may be needed to maintain status.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interpret contracts and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain Select accounts based on revenue, coverage needs, and factors.
• Review contracts to ensure appropriate coverages and exposures.
• Coordinate internal/external strategy meetings and document outcomes.
• Collect updated exposures and underwriting information; perform needs/gap analysis.
• Ensure accurate billing and deliver fee/compensation terms as needed.
