Job summary

WTW is hiring a Client Manager to blend internal partnership and delivery with client-facing duties in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. You will handle inquiries, endorsements, and billing, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring profitability on a designated book of business.

This is a remote opportunity with hybrid flexibility and Pacific time considerations. The role requires 3-4 years P&C client-facing experience, Construction knowledge, a college degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Property & Casualty experience in client-facing or carrier-facing roles.
• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Licensing with valid P&C status and continuing education where needed.
• Strong problem-solving, analytics, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and team interactions.
• Experience with agency management systems such as Epic/ServiceHub is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain Select accounts based on revenue, coverage needs and vendor requirements.
• Review contracts to ensure applicable coverages and endorse as needed.
• Schedule and document internal/external strategy meetings and outcomes.
• Facilitate billing implementations and design/ deliver fee agreements.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and service centers for updates.
• Identify client needs and perform gap analyses to ensure proper coverages.
