Job summary

WTW group is seeking a Remote Senior Account Manager to manage Construction client accounts across the United States. You will serve as the primary day-to-day liaison, develop insurance solutions, and coordinate onboarding and ongoing marketing efforts.

You will supervise and train junior staff, handle complex renewals, and collaborate with producers and underwriters to deliver competitive programs while ensuring service excellence and compliance across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of brokerage experience.
• Property and Casualty account management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Ability to train, supervise, delegate, and provide feedback.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adopt technology systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-tier serviced accounts under an Account Executive/Senior Account Manager.
• Independently manage client relationships and accounts up to $1MM in revenue.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day service and requests.
• Develop and present competitive insurance programs and renewals.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and marketing processes.
• Coordinate with producers, clients, and underwriters for proposals and service.
• Prepare renewal questionnaires and evaluate coverage needs.
• Maintain client files and manage documents in agency systems.
• Provide training to Account Coordinators; may supervise AMs/ACs.
• Perform contract reviews and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
