Job summary

Aeronet Inc. seeks a highly organized Client Advocate Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support to the Director, Client Advocate and ensure a seamless client experience across the lifecycle.

You will help onboard new clients, gather requirements, track performance gaps, support business reviews, certifications, CRM activity and cross-functional process improvements. Location is HQ with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3+ years in client services, account coordination, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and certification cycles.
• Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
• Gather KPIs and help analyze performance gaps.
• Assist in Client Business Reviews; capture notes and actions.
• Support certifications management for SAM.Gov, FEMA, FDA, etc.
• Measure and report CRM activity.
• Assist in preparing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Document SOPs and participate in cross-functional process improvements.
