Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support client acquisition, onboarding and ongoing service activities.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients, understand needs and provide information.
• Guide clients through onboarding, verify documents and coordinate account setup.
• Maintain accurate client records and monitor onboarding progress.
• Prepare relationship management reports and identify satisfaction improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, compliance and admin teams to streamline workflows.
