Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Client Advocacy and References Manager in Charlotte, NC to build and scale the advocacy infrastructure for enterprise clients. You will own the client reference program and the broader advocacy program, ensuring right client voices are accessible to sales, marketing, and other teams.

You will lead governance, standards, adoption, and platform rollout, while growing the advocate population and delivering measurable program health through reporting and process

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years building and managing program infrastructure (intake, references, participation, reporting).
• Experience across go-to-market functions (sales, customer success, marketing).
• Strong program-management instincts and adoption skills.
• Collaborative, trust-building across client-facing teams and leadership.
• Clear written and verbal communication of program value.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain operating model for enterprise client advocacy program.
• Set standards for identifying onboarding and recognizing client advocates.
• Coordinate advocacy across the business to drive internal adoption.
• Lead rollout and management of advocacy platform as system of record.
• Create processes enabling reference fulfillment for sales and other teams.
• Grow advocate population using signals like NPS/CSAT to identify participants.
• Partner with events, marketing and sales to feature client speakers at Intapp events.
• Own program reporting on advocate pipeline, gaps, and participation metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive improvements to completion.
