Qualifications

• 3–4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years sales and service experience with success in achieving sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• May obtain notary authorization.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance functions.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling and conversations.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals set by management.
• Provide digital assistance for online banking and app use.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk standards.
