Qualifications

• 3-4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.

• 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance tasks.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Engage with clients via calls, conversations and follow-ups.
• Support sales/service goals through collaboration with internal partners.
