Summary

The Client Advisor at the Soho Flagship is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining client relationships, meeting personal and store sales goals, and delivering a high-quality luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets
• Educate clients on brand history, product features and current offerings
• Develop and maintain an active client book to prospect and retain clients
• Support team members to drive collective store performance
• Provide professional, friendly customer service and timely follow-up on purchases, repairs and inquiries
• Operate POS, open and close register, and process payments and returns
• Conduct inventory counts, follow loss prevention policies and maintain merchandising standards
• Ensure store readiness and upkeep of housekeeping duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Proven experience developing and prospecting client relationships; established client book ideal
• Professional presentation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability, positive attitude and team‑player mentality
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends; passion for travel a plus
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly
