• Build and maintain a client book with follow-ups, events, and personal styling sessions
• Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care
• Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities
• Perform key holder duties including opening and closing the store as needed
