Job summary

Inmar is seeking a Program Trainer, Client Adoption to deliver engaging, high-quality training for customers and internal teams during onboarding and implementations. You will travel to customer locations and serve as the face of Client Enablement.

You will partner with Product Enablement and Client Success teams to tailor content, reinforce best practices, and accelerate product adoption through hands-on sessions and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (or as required).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for customers, internal associates, and business partners.
• Facilitate both virtual and onsite training sessions during implementations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
• Lead classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on learning exercises.
• Adapt training delivery based on audience experience and learning needs.
• Reinforce operational workflows and best practices throughout each engagement.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Partner with Product Liaisons to ensure accurate delivery of current product functionality.
• Serve as an educational resource during go-live and stabilization periods.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through professional, consultative interactions.
• Respond to learner questions and identify opportunities for additional education.
• Customize training materials to meet customer needs while maintaining standardized content.
• Maintain instructor guides, participant materials, and classroom resources.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual training events.
• Ensure training environments and supporting materials are prepared before delivery.
• Gather participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Identify recurring customer questions and recommend updates to training materials.
• Collaborate with Product Liaisons and Enablement teams to improve learning resources.
• Participate in ongoing product education to maintain subject matter knowledge.
• Conduct onsite customer training during new implementations.
• Deliver virtual onboarding sessions.
• Lead train-the-trainer workshops.
• Facilitate refresher training following product enhancements.
• Support customer office hours and educational webinars.
• Participate in implementation and go-live readiness meetings.
