Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Program Trainer, Client Adoption to deliver engaging, high-quality training that enables customers and internal teams to implement and adopt assigned products. This role serves as the face of Client Enablement during onboarding, product implementations, and customer education initiatives.

This role works closely with Product Enablement Manager and Client Success teams to facilitate both virtual and onsite learning experiences while reinforcing product knowledge,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor‑led training.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable speaking to groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (or as required).
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for customers, internal associates, and business partners.
• Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions during implementations, onboarding, and product rollouts.
• Lead classroom discussions, demonstrations, and hands‑on learning exercises.
• Adapt training delivery based on audience experience and learning needs.
• Reinforce operational workflows and best practices throughout each engagement.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Partner with Product Liaisons to ensure accurate delivery of current product functionality.
• Serve as an educational resource during go‑live and stabilization periods.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through professional, consultative interactions.
