Job summary

Key Real Estate Capital is seeking an Associate Account Executive to grow client relationships in its lending and investment ecosystem. This full-time, hybrid role conducts discovery calls, structures financing solutions, and coordinates with underwriting and operations to move deals from interest to closing.

The ideal candidate will manage client communications, maintain CRM records, and contribute to webinars and community events.

Qualifications

• Client relationships and consultative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients to understand investment goals.
• Conduct discovery calls to tailor financing solutions and proposals.
• Prepare proposals with senior team support; gather required documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations to move deals toward closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline records and follow up with clients.
• Participate in webinars/events and suggest process improvements.
