You will collaborate with Billing, E-Billing, and Client Services teams daily. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of general office experience, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of one year of general office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to learn new software.

• Coordinate client accrual requests end-to-end.
• Prepare accrual requests and compile data for distribution.
• Validate and reconcile matter/billing details across E-Billing platforms and Aderant.
• Maintain accrual request administration and distribution controls for deadlines.
