Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City (hybrid) seeks a Client Accounting Inventory Control Analyst to join the Firm. The role monitors billing inventory, prepares routine reports, and supports monthly forecasting and collections follow-up within the Client Accounting team.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of related experience, with proficiency in Aderant, StarCollect, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four to five years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with firm software: Aderant, StarCollect, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review outstanding balance reports for reporting compliance and follow-up actions.
• Conduct monthly reviews with Client Accounting Billing Managers and Supervisors.
• Flag items requiring follow-up and track next steps.
• Assist with the monthly forecasting process.
• Support billing/collections escalation and global status updates.
• Handle multiple complex analysis projects and respond to management inquiries.
