The role provides billing and client accounting support to partners and the Client Accounting team, handling bill preparation, edits, and routine billing and collection while meeting service guidelines.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of general office experience; proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is expected, with strong

Minimum of one year of general office experience.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly billing cycle, generating and distributing bills.
Prepare bills, partner edits, and supporting documentation.
Assist billing coordinators and supervisor with complex billing and client analysis projects.
Review outstanding balance reports and identify items for follow-up.
Respond to inquiries from attorneys, secretaries and staff in a timely manner.
Maintain complete and up-to-date files for each partner and client.
