Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers and the Operations side on onboarding, special projects, and SLA compliance, aiming to deliver outstanding service and growth for client accounts in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of Symbia for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations on onboarding new clients and software changes.
• Participate in client meetings and provide quarterly reviews.
• Identify scope and manage deviations from contracts.
• Prepare reports and proposals for clients.
