You will handle order changes, backorders, inventory and shipment issues, enter orders, and generate activity reports, while supporting growth and professional development within a fast-paced 3PL setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse customer service environment (3PL preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse technology and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Be a go getter; take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
• Manage order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues.
• Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
• Prepare activity reports as required by management and clients.
• Communicate promptly and accurately to client requests with urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
