Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Access Representative Float to support multiple clinic locations in Columbia, MO. The role involves greeting clients, verifying information, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining patient records across sites.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma (or GED), at least 6 months of customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with customer service.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
• Reliable transportation to get to area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinicians’ appointments and verify insurance and payments.
• Handle no-show and cancel appointments according to established process.
• Answer phone system and direct calls to appropriate area.
• Enter necessary information into the EMR and maintain client records.
• Maintain waiting area and assist leadership with monitors and quality programs.
