Client Access Representative – Customer Service

Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN / Float shifts (subject to availability).

Location

Various clinics across Southwest Missouri, including Springfield, Republic, Nixa, Marshfield, Bolivar, Branson, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members.
• Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner.
• Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed.
• Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Collect client cost shares for appointments.
• Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules.
• Maintain and update provider cancellation lists.
• Accurately complete daily deposit logs.
• Scan documents into client charts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
