Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and leadership.
• Schedule and reschedule client appointments.
• Collect payments and manage daily deposits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with providers and support teams to ensure quality care.
• Manage cancellation lists and reschedules; update provider lists.
