Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Clerical Student Employee in the Computer Information and Office Technology program to support administrative tasks on Main Campus. The role includes data entry, filing, and general office duties, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional communication.
Work hours during Fall/Spring are up to 20 hours/week (6+ credits) and up to 25 hours/week during Summer/Breaks, with a flexible Mon-Fri 9am-5pm schedule.
During the Fall and Spring, student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week and must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. During the Summer, holiday break and spring break student employees are allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours per week. Summer only, students must be enrolled in 3 or more credit hours. Student employees must always maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. *This position may require a background check. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
