Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• Five or more years of directly relevant experience in space systems engineering.
• Two+ years of experience with DoD or IC communities.
• Active DOE Q/SCI or equivalent security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams executing projects.
• Work with principal investigators to steer projects successfully.
• Engage with external sponsors and Sandia leadership.
• Inform and implement project execution strategies.
• Generate project plans for new proposals or existing projects.
• Resolve security, acquisition, and process issues.
• Generate and implement security plans.
• Prepare statements of work and related documents.
• Improve infrastructure to enable team success.
• Provide financial data to project leadership.
• Ensure staffing plans are followed and funding is timely.
• Manage project schedules and hold teams accountable for delivery.
• Work onsite in a secure environment.
