Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and five (5) years of directly relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and engineering or scientific experience.
• Two years' experience coordinating large programs
• Two years' experience partnering with Federal or external stakeholders
• Active DOE Q and ability to obtain SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals and plan, organize, and host large interagency meetings
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate and report on multiple projects with program and line leadership
• Facilitate program reviews and status updates with executive leadership
• Manage communications with Federal Program Managers and external sponsors
